Before You Ship

Shipping Checklist:
 
  • Fault Report / Repair Form must be completed and sent to Hawker Siddeley Switchgear Ltd .
  • Product is authorised to be sent by Hawker Siddeley Switchgear Ltd , who will provide you with a Reference Number.
  • Cartons are marked with "FRAGILE" when needed.
  • Product must be packaged to prevent shipping damage.  (Return product in original carton if possible).
  • A completed copy of the Goods Returned Document is enclosed.
  • Display the Shipping Label provided by Hawker Siddeley Switchgear Ltd  on all cartons.  Hawker Siddeley Switchgear Ltd  Labels and Goods Returned Documents are available to download below:
Warranty / Repair
  • Cartons should be shipped freight prepaid.  Please note that NO C.O.D deliveries will be accepted.
