If you have a product that requires repair or replacement, please follow this simple process below to ensure that your issue is addressed effectively.
 
Please Note: All returns must follow this procedure.  Failing to do so could result in the product being refused.
 

Return / Fault Report form is completed and submitted by customer

                                                        

Form is viewed and assessed by Hawker Siddeley Switchgear Customer Support Team

                                                        
  
Action is taken - Product Return / Replacement, Engineer Visit etc.
Customer is contacted and informed of Action
